My golden nugget so far was when a speaker at the opening ceremony said, "we should not devaluate conflicts but should start appreciating conflicts as drivers for innovation." When I came conflict was - on a balance with cooperation - down down and with this remark it came up on an equal level with cooperation. And now I have the feeling it is going up higher - cooperation is somewhat the outflow of dealing with conflicts.
Other inspirations from your time?
What impresses me - the young people here! They are bringing in such a profound and professional view on the world, I am amazed about their deep knowledge and insights in conflicts also on a global scale – wow! The future will be different! And it was all young ladies.
Sincerely until now I haven’t realized what AoH really stands for - what is new? I know the methods, have practiced them. So it seems to me a bit new wine in old bottles. I have still a lot of unanswered questions and I am waiting if the clarity will emerge.

There were many new methodologies that I can use to foster collective intelligence in my research group at university.
I got a new idea in collecting the technical knowledge of peers in order to develop ideas. My belief in natural self-organized structures increased.
